Phinlans Healthcare provides the highest level of care by utilizing rotating shifts of caregivers to ensure that someone is always awake and available to help the client when needed.
The main difference between Live-in care and 24-hour care is that live-in caregivers have a mid-shift break, an 8-hour night break, and a bed to rest. In contrast, 24-hour caregivers rotate shifts to ensure someone is always available to assist.
