End-of-life care

End-of-life care

End-of-life care can be emotionally and physically challenging for family caregivers. Professional end-of-life caregivers are trained to provide compassionate, comprehensive care for patients with terminal illnesses. They provide activities of daily living, medication management, medical appointment transportation, and family support and communication. The primary goal is to provide compassionate and specialized care, improving the patient’s quality of life and promoting comfort and dignity.

Phinlans Healthcare assists with activities of daily living: The caregiver will assist the patient with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and toileting. They will ensure the patient’s safe and comfortable environment and help with mobility and transfers.
