Personal care is a crucial component of professional home care services for patients with various conditions, such as Parkinson’s, dementia, and other age-related illnesses. Professional caregivers can provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, and medication management. 

These services are tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs, ensuring they receive the personalized care and attention they deserve. Bathing: Assistance with washing and drying, as well as ensuring the patient’s safety while bathing.

Dressing: Assistance with selecting appropriate clothing, putting on and taking off clothes, and ensuring that the patient is comfortable and appropriately dressed.

Grooming: Personal grooming services include hair care, brushing and washing hair, shaving, and nail care. Toileting: Caregivers can assist with toileting, including using the bathroom, changing adult diapers or undergarments, and cleaning up afterward. 

Oral hygiene: Caregivers can help patients brush their teeth, clean their dentures, and rinse their mouths. Mobility assistance: Some patients may need assistance with mobility, including transferring from a bed to a chair or wheelchair, walking
